TRANSPARENT RATES
Most companies in the GTA make you call before they tell you anything. Here is where our pricing starts, so you can budget before you pick up the phone. Every job is confirmed with a written quote once we know the space.
Per cleaner, three-hour minimum. Most condos take one cleaner; houses usually take two.
Monthly contracts, priced by size and how often we come. We confirm the scope after a site visit.
Priced by square footage and the condition the trades left behind.
Per session, quoted after we see photos or visit the site.
Our rates are in Canadian dollars and do not include 13% HST. The final price depends on the size of the space, its condition and how often we come - we confirm it in writing before the first visit, and it does not change afterwards without your approval.

We are based in Mississauga, Ontario, and we work across the GTA - Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Vaughan, Ajax and Whitby. We travel to you, so there is no office to visit. Send us your address and we will confirm availability in your area.
We are open Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including weekends. Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered first thing the next morning. For urgent same-day requests, call 416-294-7083.
Residential cleaning starts at $53 per hour per cleaner with a three-hour minimum, commercial cleaning starts at $200 a month for spaces under 1,000 square feet, and post-construction starts at $0.15 per square foot. Full starting rates are in the rates section above. HST is extra.
Yes. EcoClean carries WSIB coverage, and we provide the documentation to property managers and commercial clients before a contract starts. Just ask when you request your quote.
The scope is agreed for your space before we book. Tell us which rooms or areas need attention and your priorities, and the quote will reflect exactly that work. We bring our own supplies and equipment unless you prefer we use yours.
Both. Tell us whether you need help for one occasion or have a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule in mind. Recurring contracts are priced lower per visit than one-time jobs.
Yes. We degrease commercial kitchens and clean hoods, filters and exhaust systems for restaurants, cafeterias and food courts. Send photos of the hood and we will quote the session.
Yes. We welcome subcontracting enquiries. Share the location, scope of work and scheduling needs so we can discuss the opportunity.
